Training Opportunity: Understanding RAISE Online

The new RAISE Online summary report and Inspection Dashboard and interactive elements are a key part of the leadership and management of your school. We have devised a training session that will clarify the key elements of both, allow you to interrogate the interactive version and help you improve your skills in evaluating school performance.

Having recently completed 12 training sessions for well over 200 primary colleagues in Birmingham, we feel well prepared to offer our training to Staffordshire primary, middle and junior schools on 13th January 2017 at Yarnfield Park Training & Conference Centre  It is deliberately priced at just £150 for three places to try to make it more affordable for schools to send colleagues who can work together during the event.

The feedback has been extremely positive with 97.4% of respondents saying that the training better equipped them to carry out their roles and 97.9% agreeing that Challenging Education presenters were knowledgeable about the content.

Please read the attached flyer for all information on the course, we look forward to seeing you on the day. Note that the morning session is for primary schools only, the afternoon for middle, junior and primary schools with a separate activity for those with no Key Stage 1 information.

My biggest passion is as an advocate for disadvantaged youngsters and my most rewarding days of work are helping school leaders to effectively support the most vulnerable learners. As a qualified and experienced teacher and senior leader I have a proven track record of improving outcomes for young people. Since starting to work independently two years ago, I have worked with well over a hundred schools across all phases to support effective school improvement that makes a difference to young people; headteachers speak highly of my forensic analysis of a situation and ability to identify key steps to bring about positive changes.
