We will work with the school to launch, monitor and evaluate the ‘RADY’ project in your schools. This project begins by ‘uplifing’ the starting points for Year 7 disadvantaged pupils so that predicted attainment outcomes are ‘equalised’ to other pupils nationally (or in the school, whichever is higher). Schools that have adopted this approach have seen significant impact on attainment and progress of disadvantaged youngsters. These termly half day challenge visits with a focus agreed by the headteacher or governors will provide you with external quality assurance as well as an accurate and well-evidenced report on the area of focus.
